“We had the two consultants here on Friday and the day went very well. I continue to be impressed with your organisation and all the people we have been dealing with on this implementation.
Raife & Ridhima were punctual and very professional in their approach. Raife rang me during the week to check on a few basic pre-installation requirements and to familiarise himself with our environment and what we were trying to achieve.
Both consultants were friendly, relaxed, consultative in their approach and focused on understanding our business and making sure that we achieved our goals. I could not have been more pleased with the attitude and skills of these consultants and the outcomes we achieved on the day.
As a result of this first day of consultation, I now plan to spend a couple of weeks making the customised changes and deploying the CRM out to a small group of regional staff. This will allow us to ensure that it is operating as planned.
