An experienced BDM with 5+ years experience selling CRM or Service Desk Solutions.
At CSG we are constantly looking for CRM and Service Desk Consultants with 5+ years industry across Australia.
BASE: (Sydney / Melbourne / Perth / Brisbane)
Base + Super + Consultancy Productivity Bonus Scheme
CSG's core CRM applications are Sage CRM, GoldMine and Microsoft CRM.
Demonstrating strong business (functional & technical skills), you will have undertaken various CRM Project's in the past from design though to 'go live.
The scope of the role will depend on your experience and interests, but will involve some combination of:

Skills
Required
- Strong MS Dynamics CRM, design and development background, CRM Workflow Configuration and Development
- Installation and configuration of MS Dynamics CRM and MS SQL Server
- Solid documentation skills
- Strong Client Acumen; experience of dealing directly with clients, and facing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of working alongside the business, dealing with varied stakeholders and understanding the wider project picture
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and technical skills
Desirable
- Microsoft Certifications highly desirable
- Previous experience in a consulting organisation
- Experience of/exposure to MOSS / SharePoint, BI, and ERP systems
- Experience in business analysis, process documentation, and formal project methodologies
- Experience taking responsibility for implementation timescales
