Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Choose from Public GoldMine Intro and Advanced End User Courses. For System Administrators, we run a 2-day course. Simply fill out the booking enquiry form with your course interest and we’ll send you the course agenda’s.
A number of web based training sessions are also available covering various modules. You can also have a copy of the GoldMine Premium Edition Training CDs. Please simply fill out the booking enquiry form with your course interest.
SageCRM
Choose from Public GoldMine Intro and Advanced End-User Courses. For System Administrators, a number of technical courses are available from Level 1 to 3 . Simply fill out the booking enquiry form with your course interest and we’ll send you the course agenda’s.
HEAT
For System Administrators, we run a 3-day public course on a regular basis as well as private courses on an adhoc basis. HEAT End-User training is generally run onsite as a private course and customised to your requirements.

FrontRange ITSM and GoldMine Enterprise
A number of training courses are run including:
- FrontRange Foundation 5.0.7 5-day fast-paced course
For ITSM and GMEE Administrators. This 5-day ILT course covers the basic Foundations structural concepts that can be used for the ITSM and GMEE applications or any future products built on the Foundations platform. This course covers day-to-day System Administrator tasks and introduces architecture, concepts and terminology.
- FrontRange Foundation Advanced - ITSM 5
For the ITSM Administrator, this 5-day ILT course prepares you to perform the daily tasks necessary to fully utilize your ITSM system.
